Texas Dept of Insurance Offers ICD-10 Reminder

As the October deadline draws near, government and regulatory organizations are reminding care providers about the start date for ICD-10 adoption. The state of Texas has released a new video which includes compliance reminders and strategies.

On the website for the Texas Department of Insurance, a memo has been circulated to all participants in the Workers' Compensation System, and a video explaining compliance in the new medical coding system has been posted YouTube. The video is embedded below.
